Shipping is flat rated across the board!
this helps cover shipping, packaging time, material and labor! In the event your order is more for the shipping or less than what you see is charged that depends on over all weight and location. the flat rate helps offset. So, if one week you order, and your purchase is over the fee and the next it is less this evens itself out! It keeps the shipping cost down as a whole for everyone!
Napkin Bundles include shipping at $9 a bundle! Tracking cost about $6 at the post office so this is not included with just 1 bundle purchase. If you order more than one bundle it will include tracking because the weight of the order requires a different type of shipping method! If you have further questions about this, please reach out!

Please, allow 3-7 BUSINESS days to process your order request! Items are usually shipped out by the end of the seventh business day from when you made your order! Mostly items are shipped within the first 4 days, but life does happen!
Total time to receive your products, is usually 10-14 business days from order date! However, we have no control over the post office once they have your package! This is a projection according to what is typical of purchases made!
Please do not email asking when your item will be shipped, if it is inside of the 3-7 processing days!
When your item has been shipped you will get a notification telling you your package is on the way!
Accidents happen! Get me the correct shipping information and then please send an additional shipping fee of $6.39 to the pay pal account to cover the cost. Yes, even if your shipping was free on the purchase because that is now gone since it was returned, and I should not have to pay free shipping for your item twice if you did not check the address you gave me to ship! But, I will happily pick up the return from the post office, repackage the items at my own cost and if the shipping was a mistake on my end, I will take the shipping cost financial responsibility!
Do you ship internationally?
Starting 2024, yes! I charge 1 FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE OF $30! Keep in mind you are picking the correct shipping as you finish your purchase! If you fail to do a refund will be issued for your purchase! You can then replace your order with the correct shipping at check out!!!
You WILL GET A TRACKING NUMBER that will be good until it reaches customs! From there I was explained by the postal service it will then be up to your country when you receive the parcel it is out of our hands! The tracking number I provide will allow you to ensure it gets to customs!
What happens if the package is lost after customs in USA?
Unfortunately, this is the chance we will have to take for this system. You will be emailed when I send out your package and I will have proof of the tracking! Beyond customs you will have to file with your local postal serves for their common practices to get reimbursement for the mishandling of your merchandise!
Please, also be aware that I will not send out a replacement order if this does happen!
NAPKIN BUNDLES
This will NOT SHIP FREE INTERNATIONALLY!!! If you want a napkin bundle, please include it with something else that allows you to choose shipping options at check out!!! The purchase will be refunded for just a napkin bundle internationally!
If somehow you miss all this information, I will reach out to help you correct the order! If I cannot reach you within a weeks' time, I will just refund your money entirely!

What can you print your digital downloads on?
This will depend on what you plan on using the download for. If you just want to print and frame the design. You can use regular paper. If you want to put on card stock you may use car stock paper. If you want to decoupage, Rice paper, gift wrap paper, tissue paper or napkins would work!
What kind of printer should you use?
A color printer for best results but laser or ink is up to you! Laser ink will not run. Ink jet ink will smudge to a degree so allow it to sit for at least 24-48 hours before working with the print. You may also get a spray sealant and spray over the paper. Allow to dry 24 hours before use as well to help reduce chances of smudging. Some people have no issues with using their ink jet printer at all! Just tips!
Where are my files? I do not see them!
You will need to look in your files folder on the device you made the purchase. Then you may need to EXTRACT THE FILES. This will then allow you to save, share and print the files as you need!
