• Website Correspondence Hours

Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM (excluding holidays).

Messages sent outside of these hours will be answered in the order received during the next available business hours. Please avoid sending multiple messages, as this can delay response times.

An AI assistant may reply right away to help or confirm your message was received. Weekend inquiries will be responded to on Monday as soon as possible, in the order they were received.

Please do not say speak to HUMAN! Leave your question! It will get a response as soon as the next available time arises inside those business hours!!

• Shipping Information

Shipping rates may vary depending on your order, but we use a flat-rate system across the board.

This flat rate helps cover shipping costs, packaging materials, time, and labor. Depending on your order’s weight and location, actual shipping costs may be higher or lower than the flat rate—but it balances out over time.

Our goal is to keep shipping simple and as affordable as possible for everyone.

• When Will I Receive My Order?

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing. Most orders ship within 4 days, but processing can take up to 7 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–14 business days from the order date. Please note, shipping times may vary and are out of our control once the package is with the carrier.

You will receive a notification as soon as your order ships.

Please do not email about shipping status if your order is still within the 3–7 business day processing window.

• My Order Was Returned—What Do I Do?

Accidents happen! If your order is returned, please send the correct shipping information along with a $6.99 reshipping fee via PayPal to cover the new shipping cost.

I will then resend you a new order when I have the order that was returned in my possession!

• Do we ship international?
